The idea behind the tour
Whenever people think about Vietnamese cuisine and "must-try" foods in Vietnam, you will think about our national traditional dishes: PHO, BANH XEO, BUN BO HUE, SPRING ROLLS, BANH MY. Yes, they are so yummy and be stars on our traditional menu.
However, Vietnamese cuisine has more things than those, and they are super yummy but are not known or never appear on visitors menus- some call it street food- many with recipes passed down from generation to generation. Especially, they are the ambassadors of each region's culture and people. We would like to introduce you taste some special foods only can be found in Danang city at authentic vendors.
Our tour gives visitors a safe opportunities to try these foods as an insider.
Tour Itinerary
The Danang cuisine is do diverse and we will pick some out for your tasting. We never frame the itinerary or menu, we are flexible and TAILOR for each group. So, don't hesitate to speak out your requirement or allergies, we will make one match to you all.
On basic, we will stop at from 4 local vendors places from starter to dessert for more than 15 tasting.
- Firstly, it would be your favorite apertizing starter which is so so common with the Danang citizen but they never realize that it's the unique star until they leave Danang.
- The next stop let you back to Vietnamese traditional food culture with the history stories. You will see what is "same same but different " is. In some special days, you will have a chance to experience on making dishes for yourself.
- The main courses (1-2 dishes) will give a bit suprise about the tasty and flavor.
- Last but not least, funny talks on a dessert table and enjoy our local dessert with snacks and watch for our citizen nightlife.
